Initial Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your reservation. This payment may be made via personal cheque or direct transfer to our Summer Breeze bank account. In the event of a cancellation the deposit can be applied to any future reservations made.
Final Balance
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival. This may be paid via direct transfer to our Summer Breeze account.
Cancellation Policy
We start to incur costs for your booking from the time it is confirmed. Furthermore the closer to the date of your holiday, the less likely we will be able to re-sell the accommodation. This means that there will be charges for cancellation, and the nearer a cancellation is to the time of the vacation the higher those charges will be.
In the event of a cancellation your deposit can be applied to any future reservations at one of our Summer Breeze villas. All cancellations must be by way of written notification from the group leader to Summer Breeze (Florida); emails acceptable. The date of the cancellation will be the date that Summer Breeze (Florida) receives the written notice.
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 is required to cover any accidental damage or breakage of items within the home due to negligence. A full account will be given for any replacement or repair required should a claim be made against the security deposit.
